Silicare is made of Polyurethane foam, a Super absorbent Pad, and a permeable backing polyurethane film and gentle silicone wound contact layer. The absorbent pad provides super absorption and Locks exudate, maintains a moist wound environment and minimizes the risk of peri-wound maceration. The silicone contact layer minimizes pain and Avoids Secondary trauma to the wound and surrounding skin.
Thanks to its effectively exudate control and gentle adhesive, the dressing is used for wide range of wounds such as pressure ulcers, leg and foot ulcers and traumatic wounds.
