Silicare is composed of a water-resistant layer, adhesive layer, foam absorption layer, sticky attachment layer, and protective film. The Dressing is intended to be used to cover non-chronic wounds on the body surface and absorb exudates from the wounds.

Indications
The Foam Dressing is intended for use in wounds with low to moderate levels of exudate.
Appropriate wound types include:
- Acute wounds: Traumatic wounds, Subacute and dehisced wounds, etc.
- leakage and maceration wound
- Superficial burn (first-degree)
- Mild ulcer wounds (epidermal damage)
- Surgical incisions
Various types of silicone foam dressing with SiliTec are available, including different shapes, different absorption core, different dressing thickness.
